The Facilities and Property Services Mission is to create quality learning environments by safely providing services that continually exceed Our Customers' ever increasing expectations.

 

 

SAFETY is my responsibility. I will create safe learning and working environments by following safety rules and regulations. If I observe a safety problem, I will take immediate action to correct it and follow up to make sure it gets resolved.

 

QUALITY means I will meet Customers expectations today and then finding ways to exceed their ever-increasing expectations of tomorrow. I will take great pride in all the work I do.

 

SERVICE is my one and only product. It is the ongoing relationship I build with my Customers and that extra effort that makes my service stand out.

RESPONSIVENESS is my commitment to using creativity, innovation and good engineering practices to find safe ways to reduce the time and cost it takes to get my work done.
