Read Across America T-Shirt Contest Congratulations to Sunset Valley student Brayden Sowa, whose design was chosen as the winner of The Norwin Council of PTAs recent t-shirt design contest. The Norwin Council of PTAs is selling t-shirts for the students to wear during Read Across America week.
