Stewartsville Elementary School was the last elementary school constructed within the district. A "village" theme was used in the design to create the playful feeling of the common spaces including a "main street" central corridor with color coded floor tile to help students find their way, a red school house entrance to the office, and a classical Greek architectural entrance to the library. School amenities included:
- A large cafetorium with a stage and a full size gymnasium.
- K-4 classrooms.
- A well appointed library.
- Various support and special program spaces.
- Site work including: parking, separate bus and automobile access routes, softball and soccer fields, playground and separate paved play area.
